Plausible Reality[edit | edit source]

Level 3
Type: Action
Duration: Instant
Activation Cost: 1 Power point
Cost: 1 shock point
If a plausible alternative is not confirmed, you can confirm it to your liking. If it is plausible that a door is either unlocked or locked, and you do not know if it is, you can decide it is unlocked. The chosen type of event must be plausible to occur (in a high-security facility, doors are locked). You can also use this to find things you need (uniforms for the party in a locker), or time events (the guards are more likely not to be present). Random events are very susceptible to this effect, as long as there are few possible results.

Choose Alternative[edit | edit source]

Cost: 1 shock point
You may define up to [Time+Power]/5 alternatives in a situation, and trace important events in their paths up to [Time+Power]/5 hours into the future. You cannot define alternatives for the same situation more than once (to get more alternatives). Note that you experience these alternative chain of events, which can be very unsettling.

Change Reality[edit | edit source]

Level 5
Type: Action
Duration: Instant
Activation Cost: 2 Power point
Cost: 10 shock points
You declare an alternative reality with one historic fact changed. The target (person, object or creature) changes to become from that alternative. You may perform Change Reality cumulatively on a target. Normally, this does not work on immortals. If it works, the effects are weird and drastic.
